Healing Breathwork Facilitator

My personal journey and curiosity to improve mental health and wellbeing led to me discover conscious connected breathwork. I have found this tool to be the quickest, safest and most powerful way to transform mental and emotional health.

During a breathwork session, I guide clients through a transformational experience to help them accept and let go of stress, past traumas and stored, negative emotions.

By unburdening the body from tension, past traumas, and emotional blockages, we allow ourselves to heal and open ourselves up to more a fulfilled and meaningful life.  

A typical breathwork session includes:

 ● Rhythmic breathing

 ⮞ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques

🌟 Purposeful exercises for emotional release and healing

🧘‍♀️ Visualisation and guided meditation

🤝 Coaching to provide guidance, ensure safety, and foster motivation

🎶 Curated music, including binaural beats and theta waves, enhancing introspection and integration

📓Journaling for self-reflection, stress relief and goal setting

This one to one session offers a confidential and supportive space to improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

A 15 minute pre-call is included so that this session can be tailored for your needs.
