Healing Breathwork Facilitator
My personal journey and curiosity to improve mental health and wellbeing led to me discover conscious connected breathwork. I have found this tool to be the quickest, safest and most powerful way to transform mental and emotional health.
During a breathwork session, I guide clients through a transformational experience to help them accept and let go of stress, past traumas and stored, negative emotions.
By unburdening the body from tension, past traumas, and emotional blockages, we allow ourselves to heal and open ourselves up to more a fulfilled and meaningful life.
A typical breathwork session includes:
