About Cat

Cat is a certified Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator with a passion for helping individuals and teams reconnect with themselves and find balance through the power of breath.

 

Over the past several years, she has worked with clients one on one and led groups of 100+ participants, sharing transformative experiences at some of the world’s most renowned retreat centres and yoga hubs.

 

Before transitioning to full-time breathwork, Cat managed a multimillion-dollar training portfolio, where she developed an in-depth understanding of the pressures that come with modern day life, KPIs, and the risk of burnout. Cat understands how crucial it is to find balance—to not only meet professional and personal goals but to protect mental and emotional wellbeing.

Today, Cat brings this practice to a wide range of settings, from corporate environments to health care services and international retreats.

What is Holosomatic Breathwork?

Holosomatic Breathwork® is a comprehensive holistic approach to wellbeing, an immersive practice that combines ancient wisdom with modern, scientifically-backed principles.

A typical session includes some or all of the techniques below, and is adapted to the needs of the individual or group, depending on where they are in their wellbeing journey:

  • Rhythmic Breathing to regulate the nervous system and enhance self-awareness.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to identify and shift negative thought patterns.

  • Somatic Therapies to release stored tension, trauma, and reconnect with the body's natural healing processes.

  • Visualisation and Guided Meditation to deepen relaxation, enhance clarity, and expand perspectives.

  • Coaching for guidance, safety, and motivation throughout the journey.

  • Curated Music, binaural beats, and theta waves, to guide the brain into a more malleable state, aiding its ability to process emotional healing, integrate new insights, and enhance intuition.

  • Journalling for self-reflection, stress relief, and goal setting.

Private breathwork journey 

If you're ready to explore deeper healing or if you are facing a specific challenge, a private breathwork journey can have significant and immediate impact. If the session is conducted in person it includes somatic therapies. A 15 minute pre-call or pre-survey is included so I can understand how best to support you and to tailor the session for your needs.

Immerse yourself in a  ice bath to boost mental clarity and resilience, gain a balanced nervous system, and enhanced cognitive function.
